Synopsis: Hanna (Saoirse Ronan) is 16 years old. She is bright, inquisitive, and a devoted daughter. Uniquely, she has the strength, the stamina, and the smarts of a solider; these come from being raised by her widowed father Erik (Eric Bana), an ex-CIA man, in the wilds of North Finland. Erik has taught Hanna to hunt, put her through extreme self-defense workouts, and home-schooled her with only an encyclopedia and a book of fairy tales. Hanna has been living a life unlike any other teenager; her upbringing and training have been one and the same, all geared to making her the perfect assassin. But out in the world there is unfinished business for Hanna’s family, and it is with a combination of pride and apprehension that Erik realizes his daughter can no longer be held back.

This turning point in Hanna’s adolescence is a sharp one; she is separated from Erik and embarks on the mission that she was always destined for. Before she and her father can reunite as planned in Berlin, Hanna is captured by agents dispatched by ruthless intelligence operative Marissa Wiegler (Cate Blanchett). Marissa, a career agent, has long been harboring secrets that tie her to Hanna and Erik.

Game of Thrones

Synopsis: Seven noble families fight for control of the mythical land of Westeros. Political and sexual intrigue abound. The primary families are the Stark, Lannister, and Baratheon families. Robert Baratheon, King of Westeros, asks his old friend Eddard Stark to serve as his chief advisor. Eddard, suspecting that his predecessor had been murdered, accepts so that he can investigate further. It turns out more than one family is plotting to take the throne. The Queen’s family, the Lannisters, may be hatching a plot to take control.

Across the sea, the last surviving members of the previously deposed ruling family, the Targaryens, are also plotting a return to power. The conflict between these families and others, including the Greyjoys, the Tullys, the Arryns, and the Tyrells, leads to war. Meanwhile, in the north, an ancient evil awakens. Amidst war and the political confusion, a brotherhood of misfits, The Night’s Watch, is all that stands between the realms of men and the horrors beyond.

  1. Your Highness is an absolute MUST see. I’m not a fan of McBride, but damn he does look pretty damn funny here.

    • I definitely agree with you.

      • Agree. And James Franco can be hilarious.

  2. The Hanna poster looks good! Can’t wait for the movie!

Your Highness looks hilarious and no one can deny that Natalie Portman is mighty fine :P

  3. Natalie Portman must’ve done the YOUR HIGHNESS and THOR posters on the same day, she looks exactly the same. even the same tanned skin.

But thor finally looks a little better. Loki rocks!

  4. As a graphic designer I LOVE the Lincoln Lawyer poster.

As a fan and designer, the THOR posters look awesome!

  5. I like the Source Code posters, even if they have much too much blue tint.

  6. The first THOR poster gave me a chill. Of course, Natalie Portman was the first element I saw…

    • haha

  7. I’m guessing the Hemdall (dont know correct spelling) is going to be a big part of the movie as he is on almost all of the posters.

    • He’s at the very least one of the more constant appearing gods in the Thor comics, and he does guard the bridge Asgard with Midgard (Earth) so that makes sense.

  8. The eye on the [REC] Genesis trailer is from the box art of the Resident Evil games from way back in the PS1 days. Now that’s just lazy.
