Mondo unveiled the posters for Die Hard and Mouse Guard today, which can be viewed in the gallery below.

The first poster is for Die Hard, designed by Olly Moss, and it features the famous Nakatomi Tower and the film's logo in Japanese. Done in yellow and red colors, it resembles a classic 1940s Japanese poster. The original film, which stars Bruce Willis as John McClane, and the late Alan Rickman as the iconic villain Hans Gruber, is anything but. A Christmas party goes awry for the employees at Nakatomi Tower when they're held hostage by Gruber and his henchmen. It's up to McClane to save the day and this poster manages to capture both the feeling of isolation as well as the feeling of grit that the film has come to personify.

The second poster is for Mouse Guard and was designed by David Petersen. It has a much older feel and resembles something from a fantasy novel much like the comic book. Mouse Guard features a collection of mice living in a medieval era. A Mouse Guard feature film is in the works with Matt Reeves (War for the Planet of the Apes) and Gary Whitta (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) slated to write the screenplay for the popular work, which focuses on a collection of mice who swear to serve and protect the civilian mice in their world. There's no current release date for the film.

Both of these posters will be available at Mondo for a limited time and fans should follow Mondo's Twitter for updates on when they'll be able to purchase these pieces. Additionally, a variant of Petersen's Mouse Guard poster will be available at the BOOM! Studios booth during New York Comic Con this weekend. With Mouse Guard coming to theaters, fans could be lucky enough to get a beautiful poster to showcase their love of the beloved comic book just in time for the film. As for Die Hard, this unique creation would make a perfect Christmas gift for any fan of the classic action series. It's a beautiful piece of work and a perfect tribute to the legacy of the films.
