I was wondering who did this illustration with the whale coming out of the water. I wanted to use it in a collage for a book cover and thought I had contacted the right person for the copywright. But it’s not the case. Still, if the artist has no objection I would like to use it and mention his credit.

Hey everyone…Just thought I would let you all know that the Movie is being filmed in my town of Shelburne….and you will never guess who I met while eating my breakfast the other day….that’s right Ethan Hawke in the flesh!! I couldn’t believe it and I can’t wait to see the movie!! Alot of other movies have been filmed on the same street as this one…If any of you saw A The Scarlett Letter with Demi Moore that one was also filmed in alot of the same locations as this one so it will be interesting to see the differences between the scenery in that movie with the scenery in Moby Dick.

The film is being filmed in a small town called Shelburne on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, right now, then on to Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.

@Paul No problem! I read somethimng about it almost exactly a year ago, and it wass produced by the same dudes that produced “National Treasure”. Hope that helps!

@Juan – Hmm, it would seem you are correct. The IMDB listing for Moby Dick I found does not mention a director but Timur’s IMDB page links to the same Moby Dick info page.

We’ll dig into it and see what we can find out. Thanks for the heads up.
