Wow, Brad Pitt as Ethan hunt, the one person that I would want to see on screen LESS than Tom Cruise...

I don't really remember the first one, the second one was the biggest load of crap I've ever seen, but the third one was pretty good. I hope they keep to that level of action as the 3rd one, not the ridiculous stupid over-use of slo-mo crap from the 2nd one...

Cruise and Abrams need to push for an ensemble story. Cruise being the one-man super-spy doesn't work for me. I'm sure there are other guys besides Ethan Hunt who'll jump off buildings, much in the way they worked in the CIA break-in sequence in the first film. Love the first movie, MI3 is a close second, MI2 never happened.

In my opinion, the first movie had the best story and plot. The second movie had the best action sequences from John Woo and an awesome soundtrack. And the third movie had great cars, hotter women, and the best acting of all the 3, especially for the role of the villain. If the 4th movie can capture all the elements of the first three, I'm sure it will be a success.

As long as the movie stays in the same vein as the third one, then I'd love to see a fourth film. The first two (and especially the second) were very disappointing. Personally, I think the third film was easily the best and would have done better at the box office if not for Cruise's behavior off screen and the fact that the second film had just been so horrid.

The writers did a pretty good job on MI 3 so I don't see the reason for a change but I guess ambrams knows what he's doing.
