Does anyone honestly think that Meet the Spartans, the next spoof movie from the folks that brought us Epic Movie and Date Movie is actually going to be worth sitting through?
Well I suppose that the same people who actually thought that AVP-R was great might think so. 
Seriously, just watch the trailer below, chuckle a bit at some of the marginally funny bits and call it a day. There’s no need to waste $10 and an hour and a half of your life sitting through this thing because everything even remotely funny in this movie is right here:

Right… if you think AVP-R was great then Meet the Spartans should be right up your alley.
Oh, and you MUST be right about how awesome AVP-R is since it’s earned a whopping $40 million here in the U.S. in almost 3 weeks. Even ignoring what critics like myself have said about it, if people thought it was any good it should have made at LEAST 3X that amount of money by now.
So not only do critics agree that it blows, so does the average moviegoer. Aside from discerning folks like yourself, that is.
