New York Comic Con is shaping up to be marvelous for Marvel fans with the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Punisher, and now Marvel's Runaways - which is making its convention debut.

The series following Marvel's West Coast based collection of superheroes will debut on Hulu in November, but the story of the misfit group of kids who discover that their parents are supervillains has been shrouded in secrecy by Marvel and Hulu. However, that will all change when the show arrives at New York Comic Con next month.

According to the New York Comic Con website, producers Stephanie Savage, Josh Schwartz will be heading to the convention along with their cast and head of Marvel Television Jeph Loeb to talk about Runaways. It seems as if the veil will finally be lifted just in time for the premiere. Check out the panel description below:

Marvel’s Runaways makes a fresh landing in New York as Jeph Loeb, Head of Marvel Television, joins the stellar cast and executive producers Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage to let you in on some of the secrets and mysteries of the highly-anticipated, new Hulu Original Series, Marvel’s Runaways. You won’t want to miss this fun-filled panel featuring exclusive footage. And be sure to catch Season One of Marvel’s Runaways when it premieres on Hulu, Tuesday, November 21, 2017.

The panel boasts that the cast and crew will be there with exclusive footage, but the runtime is interesting. Running from 7:45 pm to 9:15 pm, the panel is an hour and 15 minutes long. Just how much footage fans will get to see is a mystery (could they get to see the whole pilot?) but hopefully this panel will at the very least lead to a wide-release trailer for the highly anticipated show. The producing duo of Savage and Schwartz cut their teen on shows like Gossip Girl, making them the perfect fit for the series which is poised to bring Young Adult television to the MCU - along with Freeform and Marvel's Cloak and Dagger

This panel is exciting news and should leave fans with a lot of questions. Just how will the kids interact with their parents? What will be translated from the comics to the screen? When will fans get to see Gert's dinosaur Old Lace? Time will tell how many of these questions get answered and what fans end up seeing at the panel.

The buzz for Runaways is hot, but it'll be Marvel's first foray into working with Hulu to stream properties. While trying new things is good, it doesn't often end up working well, just ask anyone who saw Inhumans over the weekend. The big push for the Inhuman Royal family in IMAX theaters has been met with disdain and it remains to be seen if fans will warm to the property when it premieres on ABC at the end of the month.

However, pushing the boundaries of entertainment is what Marvel does best, and the buzz for Runaways is some of the best to date. Be sure to check out Marvel's Runaways if you're heading to New York Comic Con and share if it's worth a stream.
