In Romanek&#039;s defense, his track record doesn&#039;t exactly shout &quot;low budget.&quot;  For example, he directed the video for &#039;Scream&#039; with Michael and Janet Jackson in 1995; it was (and still is) the most expensive music video ever made.  Plus, $100 million isn&#039;t the record-breaking movie budget it once was.  Check out the following statistic from the MPAA:
