Oh, but sorry I stated it so matter-of-factly. Of course that’s just my opinion, everything everyone says is really just their opinion. Sometimes it’s obvious enough to not have to specifically say it, but just in case people get offended, *in my opinion*, anime sucks.

Mad Max can be easily translated into an Anime, especially if they get the team behind those new Fist Of The Northstar films! Incredible animation! Hell the first Northstar film took elements from Mad Max! If he has Cory Balrog involved, that is great because God Of War 2 was just amazing! However, I do not agree with his assessment that there is a change coming in Anime. If anything, I would love to see Anime incorporated into Western sensibilities! It has already happened with The Matrix tirlogy. I guess Miller has lost it, shame.

However, a fourth Mad Max film DIRECTED, WRITTEN, PRODUCED and STARRING Mel Gibson, HA, that would be great!
Let The Road Warrior ride one more time!

Everyone involved here needs to grow up and get real. There is no “storytelling” aspect, or personal need to keep the franchise going; going animated on something that USED to be live action, is just a last ditch effort to make cash off of a dead franchise.

“HEY we couldn’t get a REAL film made to make money, so lets do an animated piece of crap to get the last buck out of the franchise, before we lose the rights! This will RULE!”

This is puzzling. I would (as many would) would like a live action flick with Gibson in it. Ford returned to Indy; Stallone Rambo and Rocky. Why can’t Gibson be Max once more?

Not even to supply Max’s voice? Now IT stinks.

Now, I’m not 100% opposed to a Mad Max film without Mad Max. Heck, I could see a film based on the Kids Who Went to the Burned out city (Sydney) and it’s now a new generation, the birthed t’morrow.

Just shameful.

But consider this, even if they would remake it, it would just be CGI schlock with a hollywood budget used to cover up the fact it’s a failed movie. It’d be another case of milking the cash-cow regardless of which “udder” route they go to make this movie.
