During numerous rewatches of Little People, Big World, viewers have noticed just how much the Roloff children interject themselves into their parents Matt and Amy's fights. Over the years, the four children have heard and seen numerous arguments. As they have aged, Zach, Jeremy, Molly, and Jacob have all started to form their own opinions.

Little People, Big World viewers have taken to Reddit to share how they have noticed the children overstating their feelings. User 90dayuniverse pointed out a scene with the couple's daughter, Molly, that showed the extent of the children's involvement in their parents' relationship, noting that they found it "odd" and "unhealthy." The user developed this opinion after watching Molly speak on Amy's behalf while Matt and Amy were going through their divorce.

For Little People, Big World viewers, Zach, Jeremy, Molly, and Jacob have often been out of bounds when voicing their opinions about Matt and Amy's divorce. While most who watch the show are Team Amy, some found her and Matt's inability to stop fighting in front of the children an affront to parenting. Neither Matt nor Amy could help themselves in the heat of the moment and clearly taught their own children to say exactly what they feel, whether they are right or wrong.

For multiple seasons, Little People, Big World viewers have watched as Matt and Amy bash one another. In the past, the two often spoke negatively about each other in front of their children, which in turn put the kids in a very awkward position. During multiple fights, Amy and Matt both tried to have the children pick sides. While viewers are aware that Matt and Amy couldn't shield their children from everything, it was not healthy to see how their parents failed over and over again with conflict resolution.

Currently, the Little People, Big World family is tearing at the seams thanks to Matt's inability to sell the farm to Zach. For years, Zach has been groomed to take over Roloff Farms, but when it came time to buy the land, Matt wanted more money. Now the father and son are currently not on speaking terms, and Zach decided to move his family an hour away to escape the drama. It is clear that the entire family has no idea how to talk to one another, and unless addressed, the children will keep talking back to their parents and sharing their ill-advised opinions.
