As Team Hugo and Team UnLocke merge (sorry, watched New Moon last night) in tonight’s episode of Lost, things become a bit complicated. After UnLocke reveals to Jack the origins of seeing his father on the island, Sawyer divulges his “master plan” which, as it turns out, involves a bit of sailing. Sayid visits Desmond at the not-so-deep well and the short-lived merged camps go their separate ways.

In the alternate timeline, familiar faces keep running into each other as almost everyone meets up at the hospital thanks to destiny and a well placed hit-and-run. Desmond urges Claire to meet up with a certain lawyer and Sayid gets arrested by cop-Sawyer and cop-Miles.

Of course I’m leaving out, well, you know what happened…

Considering we have three Lost spoilers posts, Lost: Final Season Spoiler Roundup, More ‘Lost’ Season 6 Spoilers; Upcoming Scenes Revealed and Insiders Talk ‘Lost’ Spoilers: Deaths, Answers & More that provide information about what’s to occur further on in the season, please limit this discussion to events that occur in “The Last Recruit.”

If you’re posting comments here, assume that anyone in the conversation has seen the episode – if you haven’t seen the episode, I would recommend you don’t read these comments here until you have. You’ve been warned.

  1. What another great episode of LOST! Gosh I just love this show. Anybody think Sayid killed Desmond? I sure don't. I think we are seeing some sort of redemption on Sayid's part. Crazy stuff happening in the Alt universe too with everyone coming together. Glad to see Jin and Sun finally together. Does anyone think this is short lived? Check this recap out http://darkufo.blogspot.com/2010/04/lost-untang…. Pretty funny. Still waiting for “Things I noticed” by Vozzek on the same site. I love these theories the best. Check out last week's “Things I noticed”. http://darkufo.blogspot.com/search/label/Vozzek69

  2. Brother, I don't think Sayid killed Desmond, brother.

Am I the only one that didn't understand how last week the well was really deep, but when Sayid visited Desmond at the well that it wasn't deep at all?

  3. …..uh… “Magic?”…… ;) That and I wasnt to thrilled with this episode. Hurleys one liners were the saving grace. Other then that it was pretty meh.

  4. It did kind of feel like a filler episode. The next episode, “The Candidate,” will definitely not be a filler episode.

  5. Yeah I thought that was weird too but whatever it's LOST.

  6. Is this going to be the episode about MIB and Jacob? I hope so! It's one of those stories I need to hear/watch!!!! I'm so bummed we have to wait two weeks to see it. UG!

  7. Love Lost
Most entertaining, intelligent and in depth show ever (imo)

But this episode didnt hit the mark for me, i found myself quite bored…

still excited for the rest of the season
