It would be cooler if Stark confronted Hulk this time around in his normal armor. I hope the Hulkbuster only shows up NEXT TIME, after Stark gets trashed this time around and learning that his Iron Man armor is woefully inadequate against The Hulk.

Hopefully we get to see how Iron Man puts up a valiant fight against The Hulk, using all weapons in its arsenal but eventually getting pummeled because it ran out of power.

That would serve as a motivation for Stark to further refine his present armor and develop a more advanced armor for the next Iron Man and Hulk movies.

Guys,

Before you get TOO excited - remember, it’s Tony Stark who puts in an appearance, NOT Iron Man (as far as I know).

Awww.. yeah. So Stark won’t show up as Iron Man? Maybe Stark Industries was engaged by the government or whoever to analyze The Hulk’s gamma radiation profile and to develop a weapon to nullify it. Or perhaps Stark Industries was involved in the creation of the Gamma Bomb that gave birth to The Hulk..

That’s ok if they only show Stark as long as its Downey Jr. Let’s hope its not some cheesy video phone shot or a phone call.
^
This is great news to me, it shows that Downey Jr might have signed a long term deal to play Ironman and that’s a relief.

John Hurt states in the interview that he shot a scene with RDJ, so I doubt it’s video or phone.

Great news!!! Thought this would be the direction Marvel would go. Fantastic. Tony Stark is probably dicuss a contract on building government Hulkbuster exosuits to fight the Hulk. Then in the Avenger movie, Stark will showcase the Ironman Hulkbuster armor IMHO.:)
