Last year, Warner Bros introduced a new iteration of Batman through Zack Snyder's Man of Steel semi-followup Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice. Played by Ben Affleck, the DC Comics Extended Universe's take on Batman became one of the more well received aspects of the film, generating plenty of buzz for the character's planned solo outing. However, before Affleck's Dark Knight returns in this year's Justice League, the Caped Crusader will lead a very different kind of superhero flick: The LEGO Batman Movie.

Warner Bros' upcoming animated adventure is a spinoff from Phil Lord and Chris Miller's The LEGO Movie, which debuted to critical acclaim and a respectable box office in 2014. The LEGO-fied Caped Crusader first appeared in The LEGO Movie, voiced by Will Arnett, as one of the Master Builders who helped Emmet save the day. Now, Batman will lead his own adventure, complete with his very own theme song.

WaterTower Music released the full soundtrack for The LEGO Batman Movie today, including the film's single, titled "Who's the (Bat)Man" and sung by Fall Out Boy frontman Patrick Stump. Listen to "Who's the (Bat)Man" in the video released by WaterTower Music above. The LEGO Batman Movie soundtrack features additional contributions from DNCE, Alex Aiono, and Kirsten Arian, while Oh, Hush!'s "Friends Are Family" will be the end credits song.

Stump does a spot-on impression of Arnett's Batman in the song, voicing lyrics like, "I give the last laugh, I get the final grin, throw you into the asylum with Harley Quinn / turn Two-Face, to Black-and-Blue-Face, I 100 percent am not Bruce Wayne." Given what we've seen of The LEGO Batman Movie from its numerous trailers, TV spots, and other marketing, "Who's the (Bat)Man" seems to combine the flick's humorous tone with a rock-heavy track to make for an excellent theme song.

Of course, it's unlikely "Who's the (Bat)Man" will live up to the bar set by The LEGO Movie's single, "Everything is Awesome!!!" performed by The Lonely Island - but that track was nominated for an Academy Award. (In terms of an upbeat, peppy theme song, Oh, Hush!'s "Friends Are Family" is more akin to "Everything is Awesome!!!") Still, "Who's the (Bat)Man" may be more well received than another recent movie single to which Stump contributed, the Fall Out Boy cover of Ray Parker Jr.'s Ghostbusters theme released with Paul Feig's film last summer.

In addition to Arnett, The LEGO Batman Movie stars Zach Galifianakis as The Joker, Michael Cera as Dick Grayson aka Robin, Ralph Fiennes as Alfred Pennyworth, Rosario Dawson as Barbara Gordon aka Batgirl, and Jenny Slate as Harley Quinn. As was more recently revealed, The LEGO Batman Movie cast will also feature a number of well-known actors as classic and obscure DC Comics villains, as well as non-DC related antagonists. Considering all we know about The LEGO Batman Movie, moviegoers can likely expect a comedic spoof on the beloved Dark Knight, but it remains to be seen whether it will be as well received as The LEGO Movie.
