Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Scott Disick is apparently "always flirting" with Kourtney Kardashian after his break-up with Sofia Richie. Disick and Sofia dated for three years before they parted ways.
Kardashian and Disick have three kids 10-year-old Mason, 7-year-old Penelope, and 5-year-old Reign. The pair had an on and off again relationship for nine years before splitting in 2015. Many of their ups and downs were documented throughout seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which Scott still frequently appears on. Scott began dating Sofia in September 2017. Sofia had already been a long time friend of the family. She was close to two of Kourtney’s younger sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
Cosmopolitan broke the news of Kourtney and Scott’s flirting amid his split from Sofia. Flirtatious exchanges are common between the two and can often be seen on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. The pair recently returned from a family trip to Utah where they celebrated Scott’s birthday. While it may seem strange to others, family trips are quite normal for the duo. In the past, Sofia has joined the family on some trips. Their children hope to have more family trips with Kourtney and Scott together in the future. After this trip, in particular, the pair are “closer than ever” and Scott feels Kourtney looks “better than ever” too.
Scott’s ongoing feelings for Kourtney were among the reasons for his split from Sofia. Scott will always be “in love” with Kourtney and the pair will also always be connected by their three children together. Sofia had to realize and adjust to the fact that Scott’s family with Kourtney will always be his top priority. Recently, the prioritization Scott gives to his family has become more apparent to Sofia.
Scott and Sofia’s relationship wasn’t free of its own ups and downs. Sofia’s father, Lionel Richie, was uncomfortable with the 15 year age gap between the two at the start of their relationship. The pair briefly split in 2018 after Scott cheated with another woman in Miami and was seen getting close with another woman at Kanye West’s Ye listening party in Wyoming. Throughout their time together, Scott continued his struggle with substance abuse. These struggles were a large reason behind Scott’s split from Kourtney, too. Scott’s overconsumption of alcohol, erratic behavior, and rendezvous with various women was often documented in previous seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
It’s not likely these exchanges will lead anywhere because Kourtney is not open to a romantic relationship with Disick right now. With the pair’s extensive history and Scott’s ongoing struggles with substance abuse, they’ll most likely focus their attention on continuing to co-parent their three children.
