New story details have been revealed for Kung Fu Panda 3; Kyle Mooney has joined the cast of Zoolander 2; Warner Bros. is developing a Robin Hood film; Wagner Moura will appear in The Magnificent Seven remake; She’s Funny That Way will release in August; and a new poster for the Entourage movie has been released.
Dreamworks Animation has revealed new story details about Kung Fu Panda 3. The film is summarized as follows:
When Po’s long-lost panda father suddenly reappears, the reunited duo travels to a secret panda paradise to meet scores of hilarious new panda characters. But when the supernatural villain Kai begins to sweep across China defeating all the kung fu masters, Po must do the impossible—learn to train a village full of his fun-loving, clumsy brethren to become the ultimate band of Kung Fu Pandas!
Bryan Cranston and Rebel Wilson join returning cast members Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, Dustin Hoffman, Jackie Chan, Seth Rogen, Lucy Liu, David Cross, James Hong and Randall Duk Kim. Jennifer Yuh Nelson and Alessandro Carloni direct the film, which hits theaters on January 29, 2016.
Mooney joins a growing cast that also includes Billy Zane, Penelope Cruz, Fred Armisen and returning stars Stiller, Christine Taylor and Owen Wilson. The long-awaited sequel hits theaters on February 12, 2016.

Warner Bros. is developing its own new take on the story of Robin Hood. The project – details for which remain under wraps – will be written by Will Beall (Gangster Squad) and produced by Dan Lin (Sherlock Holmes) and John Zaozirny (Castle).
This new film is the fourth project about the iconic character that’s currently in development by a major studio. Sony and Disney are working on their own Robin Hood projects, and Lionsgate has an origin story version of the story in the works.
Wagner Moura has joined director Antoine Fuqua’s big-screen remake of The Magnificent Seven. The Brazilian actor has previously appeared in films like Elysium and Elite Squad and will headline the upcoming Netflix series Narcos.
Moura – who joins a cast that includes Denzel Washington, Ethan Hawke and Chris Pratt – will play a character named Vasquez, one of the seven gunfighters that lends the film its title. The Magnificent Seven will be released in 2016.
She’s Funny That Way – the new screwball comedy starring an ensemble cast led by Owen Wilson – will now hit theaters on August 21. It marks the first film from Peter Bogdanovich since 2001 release They All Laughed.
The film – which made its debut at the Venice Fall Festival last summer – will now face a number of new releases upon its release, including horror sequel Sinister 2. Imogen Poots, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Eposito, Will Forte, Kathryn Hahn and Rhys Ifans costar.
A new poster has been released for the upcoming film adaptation of HBO series Entourage (see above), featuring the new release date of June 3rd, 2015. The film features the return of series stars Kevin Connolly, Adrian Grenier, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara and Jeremy Piven.
Billy Bob Thornton and Haley Joel Osment also appear in the film as a father and son, and a number of other supporting players from the 2004-2011 television series re-appear. Series creator Doug Ellin will direct the film, based on his own screenplay.
