Although Keeping Up with the Kardashians has halted the release of it's current season, drama has naturally continued to ensue behind the scenes. Recently, one of the bodyguards of both Kim Kardashian-West and Kanye released more shocking details on the couples' treatment of staff workers.

Former bodyguard, Steve Stanulis exposed new information a couple of weeks back on Kanye's "ridiculous" rules which he enforces on his workers. These include: walking 10 paces back on the street, not blocking any paparazzi photos, and knowing where the mogul was supposed to be going at all times. Steve, who is a former NYPD officer, claims that the last rule applied to his first day on the job. Kanye allegedly threw a tantrum in an elevator because Stanulis did not know which button to press in order to take Kanye where he needed to go. But since then, the Kardashian-West couple have hit back at officer Stanulis and his disparaging anecdotes.

Stanulis, who was fired back in 2016, had signed a confidentiality agreement upon taking the job with Kanye. This agreement specifies that he can not reveal any personal details from the rapper's life to anyone of the public. Stanulis has since aired juicy details of the celebrity's haywire persona both back in 2016 and again a couple weeks ago. Consequently, he now runs the risk of being liable to damages as per his signed agreement. Kanye and Kim have threatened to sue Stanulis for $10 million dollars if he continues to air dirty laundry about their personal lives.

But from the information Stanulis has already provided, it's not surprising that his time as Kanye's bodyguard proved tumultuous. Kanye is well known for his loudmouth outbursts which are part of what make up West's persona. One famous instance is when Kanye interrupted Taylor Swift's VMA award speech by snatching the microphone and hijacking her speech. Kanye also has gone on the show Sway in the Morning and had a similar outburst to Stanulis's elevator anecdote, clamoring, "You don't have the answers" to radio host Sway in regards to advising his business decisions. But possibly most notorious is Kanye's statements on African American struggles where he claimed that 400 years of slavery "was a choice" for African descendants. All of these situations, have since been met with severe backlash by both fans and the media.

In hindsight, based on Kanye's repertoire, Stanulis probably had a clear picture of exactly what he was walking in to. Being a former police officer, it's understandable that he lacked the patience and wherewithal to function as a bodyguard for the high maintenance antics of Kanye. But to be fair to Kanye, Stanulis had a job to act in a role that was specified by his boss. Those standards were his responsibility to be understood and maintained from his first day on. Needless to say, if Kanye's throwing tantrums in elevators, then Stanulis was not doing his job properly. With that fact understood, it's possible that these remarks could merely be embellished stories of a disgruntled former employee. Until the remainder of season 18 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians returns back on air, fans will have to continue to follow the drama unfolding in the Kardashian/Jenner's everyday lives.
