Katie Holmes Is NOT Wonder Woman (Duh)

Earlier today word was all over the place regarding the possibility that Katie Holmes might be up for the role of the in-production-hell movie Wonder Woman. I didn’t swoop on it because honestly, it just seemed ridiculous. Katie’s screen presence amounts to that of a mousy little thing. Very cute, yes – Amazonian Wonder Woman? I don’t think so.
Expectedly, news has come out saying that it’s bunk. My pals over at ComicBookMovie.com got the word from IESB that the rumor is bogus and that the movie is indeed in limbo at the moment.

Newcomer, Nadia Bjorlin is my pick for Wonder Woman. She’s JAWDROPPING SEXY HOT and she’s a pretty good actor, not afraid of action films. She’s in Redline.
Nadia Bjorlin is the only choice. And don’t be surprised if she gets the part. She will be a great wonder woman. Katie Holmes name has appeared of late, because she must know that they are getting ready to cast for the JLA movie. She probably wants to get the jump on it. She is not Wonder Woman. Nadia is.
Just did an image search on Nadia… she DOES look like she could fit the role, at least physically.

What about Charisma Carpenter, Cordelia from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel? While I agree Nadia looks awesome, Charisma looks perfect as the Amazonian princess. Now acting….I’m not so sure.
i think they should get Siren from the new american gladiators show. she looks like wonder woman, strong, she can fight, but i don’t know how tall she is. i’m assuming that wonderman, because it’s been a long time since i read her bio, is about 6’2. she is slightly taller than batman who is actually 6 feet.
Katy Perry should be a thought.
