It appears that Jason Momoa has already completed his part in the Justice League reshoots. The next chapter in the DC Extended Universe has been undergoing reshoots -- as is the case with most blockbuster films of this magnitude -- in England for the past few weeks, with The Avengers director Joss Whedon at the helm. Last month, it was announced that Zack Snyder had temporarily departed the project after suffering from a personal tragedy, and he rightly felt that it wasn't appropriate for him to leave his family at that time to conduct the additional photography.

Considering that Whedon was already "a big part" of the studio's shared universe, Snyder asked the former Marvel director to step in and conduct the reshoots on his behalf. It wasn't long after that rumors spread about the studio planning on carrying out significant reshoots, effectively replacing all the work Snyder had done, though those outlandish rumors have been disproven multiple times. Whedon had been involved with Justice League prior to Snyder's departure and the DCEU producer Charles Roven has made it expressly clear that the filmmaker has been tasked with maintaining Snyder's vision.

Further dispelling rumors of the studio ordering extensive reshoots, Jason Momoa appears to have already completed filming his scenes as Arthur Curry, aka Aquaman, for the upcoming movie, just slightly over one week after additional photography began. This news comes courtesy of Danny Minnick, who posted a video online from Momoa's wrap party (below), suggesting that the actor had finished his Justice League scenes and would be leaving London soon, presumably to head back to the set of James Wan's Aquaman in Australia.

Since this news seems to suggest that Momoa along has completed his part of additional scenes, it's unclear how comprehensive his reshoots were in comparison to the rest of the heroes featured in the upcoming superhero film. After all, it was reported earlier today that the Batmobile had been spotted heading to the Justice League set, which could coincide with the studio filming additional scenes in Gotham. Furthermore, eagle-eyed viewers have spotted sets that indicate possible Wonder Woman flashbacks, though neither of these reports has been confirmed.

If Momoa has already finished his extra scenes, it presumably won't be long before everyone else -- particularly Superman (Henry Cavill), Batman (Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), The Flash (Ezra Miller), and Cyborg (Ray Fisher) -- complete their portion of the reshoots, especially since the studio may want them on-hand to promote Justice League at San Diego Comic-Con next month, where it seems plausible that attendees will get to see a new trailer.
