MMM! not sure this guy is telling the whole truth here.
Try google ‘Daz Crawford’ from Blade 2.
I saw him in Las Vegas and Dallas, Texas at Sony’s Conventions, he was ‘Kratos’ also worked on the Mo-Cap as ‘Kratos’ on God of War 2.
At 6’5″ and 230lbs he would be perfect for Kratos, I googled Joe Gatt as Kratos and didn’t see him anywhere.
I found a link of Daz Crawford as Kratos here.
looks perfect to me. Anyone’s thoughts or ideas for Kratos

I've actually seen this guy before. He modeled for a fantasy art how-to-draw book that I've owned since high school. I was pretty surprised to see his face again. Pretty cool that he's had such an active lifestyle.

Actually, I find it funny that they got the guy who mo-caps “God of War” because I always thought Kratos looked a little too familiar. Especially with the markings on a bald skull and facial hair.

If it is a secret villain role, then maybe it is something from the wider Marvel universe that they are trying to keep under wraps? Just a thought.

Wow. Rob, I've never heard of this guy before but I think I am a fan now. I find it amazing that he still loves performing for mo-cap after all this time. Too many actors and actresses wouldn't lend their time for that deeming it not as showcasing.

James Preston Rogers Vies wouldnt have been a bad choice for thor, looks the shape and sort of has the face.

i wonder what the costumes will look like, as cool as it may sound having the actors dressed like norse gods will look kinda weird especially on screen and when the movie is supposed to be set on earth.

i hope they take a modern/stylish approach to the costumes and make them something like hawkeye in the avengers (new version with glasses etc)
