Looks pretty fan-made to me. Where’s the source that says it’s legit? I guess I just don’t want to believe that the Dark Knight marketing is that lazy. The font is all wrong and it’s just kind of floating there.

Wow. I think I’ve finally hit the point where I don’t care about The Dark Knight’s promotion any more. It was bound to happen. :)

I agree with Liz. The poster is also kind of ugly. I have the one where Batman is standing looking out over the city, which I believe is much better looking.

Cheers

Well its Heath Ledger as the Joker. Kind of a bland close up.
I’m ready for the movie now !!

I think the marketing has hit a point that they now realise they launched about a month too soon. ;-O

This can’t be fan made since its on the shelves at Spencers. I do feel the viral is starting to drag but I’m still going to see it at midnight.

Hopefully they saved some awesome marketing ploys to get us through july…

Yeah, timing a viral marketing campaign is tricky business. I’m not a big fan of this poster myself.

My favorite so far is the one with the skyscraper on fire with the damage in the shape of the Batman logo.

I’ve never really liked movie posters that are closeups of actors/characters faces.

The Skyscraper poster looks the best, its got depth, style and motivation.
Vic, they have that one and also the Bat-Bike breaking out the side of the building hanging up on the side of WB studios. The poster is 100 ft x 40 ft. and covers the sides of the building.
Looks great.

I think it’s more about remembering the great job Mr. Ledger did in his last complete work…

greenKnight333 has a point. Their source choices might be limited too. Sort of reminds me of the Natalie Wood scenario with “Brainstorm.”

Öncelikle şunu söylemek istiyorum joker karakterine bayılıyorum.Çünkü o benim karanlık dünyamın yansıması gibi hissediyorum.Ve teşekkür ediyorum…

Guys you gotta keep in mind that ledger diddnt have time to pose for poster shoots, so the producers had to work with stills from the movie and the preshoot shots to see if the joker looked right to use for posters.
