The 50 Most Frustrating Moments In Video Games

Remind me again why we love video games.

Everything Wrong With The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug

Ah, The Hobbit 2. The almost-3-hour sequel to the almost-3-hour first film from last year. It’s pretty much more of the same, so if you liked the first one, you will… not enjoy this video.

Helpful reminders: We have read the books, they still don’t matter, & yes, we’re still angry about some of the sins from the last movie, like the eagles.

  1. Saw the Predator video last week and I still wonder when RDJ put on so much weight.

    EWW was hilarious as always.

I also still have some of the action figures shown in that article. Loved my Turtles, Ghostbusters, Thundercats and M.A.S.K. action figures, though I also loved The Centurions and Visionaries. Don’t think we ever had Silverhawks in the UK and I absolutely hated Transformers and GI Joe (which was renamed Action Force for us Brits for some reason).

  2. It’s shame that Grumpy Cat’s owner has nothing better to do than dragging that poor thing everywhere. I can’t even imagine how stressful a noisy event like the MTV Movie Awards must have been for that cat, despite the calm appearance. Cats hate noise, lots of people and a lot of commotion. But of course that cat is a cash cow now… a commodity… not a beloved pet.

  3. The don’t make toys like the 80s nowadays.

I used to have a complete set M.A.S.K collections. My son is now more into Candy Crush (sigh)

  4. Hobbit 2 MUST be the worst thing any of the people involved have ever been involved in. I sat through it for my 11 year old. Not sure why. I had read the book to him 10-15 pages at a time before bed a few years ago. And I had to repeat about 80 times “No that wasn’t in the book” or “I know that part was way better in the book.”. Abomination is the only word I can think of when I think Hobbit 2.
