weird, couldn’t see the trailer here, and on MovieFone it said it wasn’t available for my region
After a bit of searching a came across this site, where I could see the trailer: http://www.filmflash.nl/?p=1385

Anyway, it seems it’s going to be true to the last one, which is a very good thing. Still looking forward to this one!

Bourne…James Bourne

I like how none of this feels like James Bond till the music at the very end. I think this movie will be great but will not feel like classic Bond. It’s too bad they can’t make good movies in the classic style.

I’m not that excited by it, but I wasn’t into the first CR trailer either. I’m sure the movie will be great.

But let’s not get into the title argument again!

I like that it feels different Bond film. The World Is Not Enough (TWINE) was so weak, predictable and gimmicky, it was boring. Die Another Day was fun, but Casino Royale sent everything off in a new direction!

I still think the title is lame but everything else looks terrific , so I hope its as much fun as the previous one was .
and I think that Craig is THE Best Bond since Connery.

I’m from the old school James bond-the one and only, the greatest James Bond EVER!! SEAN CONNERY!!!! But coming up in 2nd place is Pierce Brosnan. I am really wanting to see this movie when it comes to theaters in November, from what I could se from the trailer-he’s going to be pretty good too. But there’s no beating Sean Connery as James Bond!!!!! Grandma591

Timmy D is the best bond, he was the only one who acted and had the mannerisms and attitude of a covert super-trained superspy

SUHWEET!! This looks like it’s going to be as good as Casino Royale…well, at least I HOPE it’s as good! Daniel Craig is awesome as James Bond, and I hope he does several more of the films.

I love the way Bond is to the right of frame walking up with the assault rifle. It looks like Bond is ready to take some people out.

It is looking good. No a massive fan of the Bond movies, but I am liking it.

This looks good. I really have enjoyed ALL the Bond films, but Daniel Craig makes such a GREAT Bond. The best since Connery, although I did like Pierce Brosnan as well. Craig gives the Bond character that same edge that Christian Bale gives to Batman. I can’t remember the last time I looked forward to a movie in November….

Apparently, if you read the original novels by Ian Flemming, Craig is pretty spot on as James Bond. Flemming desribed bond as a sort of Brutish thug of a secret agent with almost black hair. Nothing like Brosnan or even Connery. Now imagine Daniel Craig with almost black hair and you’ve got Flemmings Bond.

I have to agree with King-of-Riva. The Bond movies with Daniel Craig have a tone much more in line with what I remember of the Fleming Bond novels, and I find myself hoping the production company changes it’s mind about eventually revisiting the titles of the original movies, this time keeping closer to the books than most of those previous adaptations did.

I know most don’t want to hear this but the title now, with the trailer, seems to make sense. Probably the best use of the word Quantum I’ve ever seen outside a physics textbook. To have a “Quantum of Solace” would be to have a very very small amount of satisfaction. DON’T anybody say DUH, you all thought it was some gizmo.. :)

ERR more like comfort instead of satisfaction.. :(

I think the title translates “AT PEACE WITH REVENGE”. That’s my take on it. :-/

Watched the trailer the other day and it looked good however, seemed like it was edited by Mtv. Very fast and quick cuts. (Don’t like that.)

I did notice in that mess that Bond goes rogue. I don’t remember that happening before. Very cool and it does look like it takes place right after the last film. Even the color filtration looks the same.

After TDK, we can look forward to this and the X-files.

“I did notice in that mess that Bond goes rogue. I don’t remember that happening before.”

That may depend on what you mean by going rogue. License to Kill had Bond going on a revenge quest and ignoring orders from M to do so. On Her Majesty’s Secret Service had Bond go after Blofeld after being reassigned.

Die Another Day could come close because his 00 status has officially been revoked, but he’s still technically working for M, so that one is debatable.

Regardless, depending on how you look at it, he’s gone rogue 2-3 times in previous movies. Still that was another “series” so it could still qualify as Bond’s first time going rogue in this one.

I guess I have a short memory when it comes to Bong going rogue, I mean Bond.
Lol. :-)
