I think the stand alone episodes are good to see, although they have shown too many this season for my taste. Like X-files I think the self contained episodes should be used as break between the ultimate multi-universe story and two part serials. I am getting tired of seeing Peter near death.

I love Fringe but it has it's problems, but then again I am about 6 episodes back so I need to catch up. I hope this show lasts longer then 2 seasons, cause it's one of the actual good ones.

I love Fringe. It's a wonderful show. But they desperately need to start feeding the mythos more and serializing the hell out of it. The individual stories are fun and all, but 5 or 6 mythologically-based episodes a season simply doesn't cut it.

I'm a fan of “Fringe.” I'd like to know that they will only have x amount of seasons. I”m hoping for five. That's a nice number and will be possible if they start serializing the episodes.

Glad to see Abrams understands the importance of “closure” on shows. Hopefully, they don't pull a Jay Leno.
