Oh, this can’t be good. New York and L.A. will probably get the first date in the schedule, I’ll agree, and Chicago will probably get that day as well, but I’ll bet Houston, the fourth largest city, gets the last day on the list, while nearly every smaller city gets it on one of the earlier days.

Why can’t studios just pick a single day and stick with it?

I’m wondering is that a wise decision to stagger the opening dates? How will they stop the pirates from making bootlegs and getting those bootlegs to cities that have not recieved the film?
