It was a long wait for the first official Iron Man 3 trailer - and, upon release, some intriguing details have left fans scrambling. The brief trailer is packed with easter eggs and suspicious tidbits, causing the a lot of debate among commenters in our prior trailer write-ups, so we thought it would be a good idea to clear up a few of the things we know would be useful to readers.
That doesn't mean there aren't aspects of Iron Man 3 that may still surprise. But, given that there's still a lot we don't know, we thought it best to weigh in on a few of the wilder theories. For those who've been keeping close attention to IM3 rumors, the trailer did much to confirm more than a few spoilers already.
The trailer proves that this chapter of Tony Stark's life will be much darker and more serious than before but fans can still expect plenty of fun one-liners and big action scenes, sometime without our hero inside the suit.
You’re on the internet. The trailer is also on the internet. So, you know, put those two facts together and I’m sure you’ll find it.
Also this site has already put up the trailer. It’s on another article page and also under the little trailers tab at the very top^^ of the page. If you actually looked for it then I’m sure you’ll actually find it.
Do you mean the scene at the very end where Tony Stark is draging something through the snow? Most of us, or well alot of people right now think that might be Tony draging a damaged Iron Man suit through the snow.
Couldn’t the rings still be alien tech and not show Fin Fang Foom? Plus was it even confirmed what “no aliens” meant? I think the interviewer took Feiges’ quote out of context. What I think “no aliens” means is alien beings won’t be part of the story (unlike Avengers, for example). They don’t have to physically show any aliens for the rings to be alien technology. They could just hint at it with a crashed spacecraft or something.
Another thing to think about is that after the mansion is destroyed, and Iron Man being pulled under water ( some people say that this could be the Robot controlling the suit. I personally don’t believe that.) But IF Tony was in the suit that was being pulled under water, Tony will most likely be presumed dead.
i think perhaps the tattoo of caps shield is from mandarins younger days. maybe he was a big fan and got scorned somehow and thats why he’s all like ‘no more heroes’
also i think they’ll keep some of his powers in the rings but probably explain them technologically instead of magically, they gotta at least use the blackout one…that ones sick
If the baseball / football / basketball tee under his robe is anything to go by, I think the Mandarin started out as an ordinary Joe, but when he found and put on the rings, he came under their influence and experienced a complete personality change.
Thus he became the latest in a long line of Mandarins, the first being the direct descendant of Genghis Khan. As each “chosen one” dies, the rings are safeguarded by trusted individuals until the next one comes along. This might explain why we saw Raza with one before he was killed by Obadiah, who wrongly appropriated ring. After Obadiah himself died in his battle with Tony, the ring seems to have been spirited away, with no explanation…
okay folks here is iron man 3 story its about 90% true
first off all the story starts where the avengers ends tony stark have frequent nightmares about what happened in avengers and have sleepless night, and also now he knows that he is in everyone focus whether ally or enemy and thats why he fears that somebody is coming for him.in this insecurity he makes one of his suit automated or u can call it jarvis runs that suit.suddenly one day villain attaks tony he along with jarvis fell in the sea while jarvis completely destroyed he somewhat manages to take himself and jarvis out.after this he rises again in order to take revenge and makes new suit.
I wasn’t sure what to think of the Iron Man Suit operating by itself. On one hand, it could’ve been warning Pepper and Tony about something. My guy feeling is what some of you have already said, that Tony is having a nightmare about some of the events in the past, Pepper goes to wake him up and comfort him, only to be yanked back by the new armor due to it being connected to his sub-conscious. I’m starting to think that Whiplash’s statement starts to become true “…as the world will consume you”.
Also, I don’t know whether that guy Dale becomes the “Iron Patriot” or not. All I know is that it looks like Rhodey and Tony fight alongside at some point again, so towards the end of the movie either Dale’s character or Rhodey ally themselves with Stark.
Somehow I think Stark would be better off without the Extremis nanotechnology…
Your train of thought re Tony’s past (or future?) coming back to haunt him, including Vanko’s prophetic monologue sent chills along my spine.
It would be quite karmic, wouldn’t it? The idea that the playboy / billionaire / genius / philanthropist can run from his destructive past, but he can never truly *out-run* it!
O_O
This movie definetly looks good, but i am worried about the character Pepper. People have been making theories of Pepper dying, pepper having to get her own arc reactor, her leaving Tony, and many other things. Personally I think that Pepper adds so much to all the Iron man movies and is a huge part in Tony’s life. without her, the movies would not be iron man at all.
So we get a traier analysis instead of a trailer

Yeah really. Some people.
i thought it was going to be yesterday not octob. 23
as Ray said I didnt know that some people are able to make $7575 in one month on the internet. did you look at this link http:\\bit.ly\X24LHP
Do you remember the last scene of the trailer when ironman was dragging that object
what was he dragging?
Do you mean the scene at the very end where Tony Stark is draging something through the snow? Most of us, or well alot of people right now think that might be Tony draging a damaged Iron Man suit through the snow.
Thats most likely what it is since the first scene of the trailer was Tony waking up in the snow in his Iron Man suit.
Actually the trailer shows Stark falling. into the snow, I’m guessing that it was after a fight because of his bloody face

Which then opens up a new Marvel story line;
“ZOMBIE IRON MAN”
Hey,it could happen!!!

also i think they’ll keep some of his powers in the rings but probably explain them technologically instead of magically, they gotta at least use the blackout one…that ones sick
….OR Maybe,
He will pawn some of his rings to finance his next bad
guy escapade?? Hey,it could happen!!

Very interesting.
