Ernie Avila is the set designer, and James rothwell is works with animatics on the film.Following the P.Buckner, and N.King from the first clue. In the article alot of the letters seem to stand out as darker than the others, and could be meant to go together with the misspellings of the first article. Also the yellow magic marker with green tint to it ,marks over STARK this time, put them together and it is SECRET STARK in the order of the clues (Ivan can`t be Tonys brother…) let`s work peeps…and please keep to this movie ok. NO HULK OR HAWKEYE OR SECRET WARS nonesense. Another nore is the picture. Looks atlantian almost but don`t scream NAMOR just yet. The photo is taken by a J.M (last names looks like Edgins jr) and that does not fit with any ironman crew member i have found,so maybe the picture has no meaning and is meant as a diversion…..Best guess so far is that we have to work with the letter highligthed and the previous misspellings…
There’s also that burn mark on that body. Wonder who it is? Is that a skirt?
I searched the photographer, and it turns out he is a real photographer for the washington times.
J.M. Eddings Jr
the guy running looks Greek. Wearing a greek skirt and the pillars are Grecian looking.
it may be an introduction to thor
The name under the photo is JM Eddins Jr. who is a real journalist for the Washington Times, so no link there.
Eddins is also credited with some photographic work too.
Not sure if that means anything at all.
Given the context of these images it would appear like Whiplash has a very personal vendetta against Tony Stark (the poster shows Whiplash in front of the cuttings, as if he has assembled them) I’m going to gamble here and guess that the next image will highlight the word ‘SON’. Is it at all possible that Ivan could be Howard STARK’s SECRET SON??? Put up for adoption and given a new identity? The movie may even have his powers be a result of experiments possibly related to the Super-Soldier program. Please forgive me I know very little about the comic storylines and I imagine this would be at odds with the origin of Whiplash in the comics. So… feel free to kick sand in my face and tell me I’m wrong….but it’s just an idea I’m putting out there
Now as far as the picture goes I have very little clue. It looks as if he’s stubbed a cigar out specifically on her (I take it that’s a girl) I guess he doen’t like her either…. Could that person be Natasha Romanoff?? ‘Walking On Air’ like stealthy?? Hmmmm interesting…
I’ve investigated this Eddins guy a little bit. He wrote a story this year about wind turbines in Texas revitalizing a small town. This is waaayyy out on a limb here but this could tie into the Texas Twister who has many connections with S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Avengers. When he tries out for S.H.I.E.L.D., he actually spars with Captain America. Perhaps it’s setting up Cap.
As far as the pic goes, Walk on Air…Shadowcat?
The photo with the pillars is from Brookside Gardens in Silver Spring, MD. I’ve taken photos at this location. I guess this would make sense, it being the Washington Times.
Those are actually the Capitol Columns on the grounds of the U.S. National Arboretum.
whatever, i always get the two mixed up. i even thought before i posted, that i might have said the wrong one. oh well.
Could it be a captain america pic? I see a shield, but then again Caps doesn’t wear a skirt or nike’s. (Looks like Nike’s, doesn’t it? DOESN’T IT?!?!) Either that or thor. I dunno. Get a girlfriend, man! Quite bloggin. Your so sad…I can tell….
I like the idea that Whiplash might be a step brother. It would explain why he seems to hate Tony so much and how he has the brains to build the little reactor.
Here’s a question for Iron man fans… the reactor powers the thing that keeps him alive. He also uses it to power his armor. Since we’ve seen that he can build more than one reactor why doesn’t he build two, one for his heart, one for his armor and then hide the one in his chest behind metal instead of a glass lens? Just wondering…
