No Ken I don’t watch Bones or any show that spends an hour solving a murder. I find those shows to be the lowest form of entertainment next to reality tv.

Sorry Jago, I’m not going to educate you on this thread.
Go out and rent the film “They live”
Cheers,,,

Jago says:

Lol…no ken j i’m actually being serious here… I would like to read what he says. He doesn’t even have to provide links with proof or anything… Just straight up tell us whats going on because it seems like you start to say it but then like for our own sake you stop and leave us in limbo. So i would like to read what he has to say about it if he’s actually going to say it though.

Ken J says:

Actually, it only appears to be an hour to us, they typically spend much more time on it in the actual show, but of course, showing them using the bathroom, eating lunch, waiting for results to come back from the lab, sleeping, etc. would be pretty boring, and for one case to take 3 seasons, people might lose interest, lol. And anyway, it’s really more of a comedy than anything else, at least that’s why I watch it.

But the funniest thing is that the stuff they show on there is actually somewhat more realistic than what they show on the CSI shows, lol. Those shows aren’t even funny, completely not worth watching…

If I wanted to see real cases being solved through forensic science, that’s what Forensic Files, Cold Case Files, American Justice, and all of those shows on A&E and TruTV are for… Some of the stuff you see on there is crazier than fiction…

Ken J says:

@jago

Well, apparently you have to pay for that schooling. His knowledge doesn’t come free you know!

Jago says:

If its the one with the rowdy piper i actually have it then… Love it aswell and based on that i can see what your saying but i doubt that it would be as bad as how that movie went. I mean there are several people already that are against 3d anyways so i don’t think it would escalate to that… Even more so because 3d does get tiring… But thats just my opinion.

Jago says:

Eventhough to some he might seem paranoid or whatever to others he may be right and in this case… You just never really know but i’m the type of person that likes to hear both sides so i can base my judgement off of it and/or be prepared for whatever happens next. So again 790 in no way with what i’m saying now is to mock you… Just wanted to see what you see but i guess thats a no.

790 says:

Jago, its all about big media manipulation and controlling how people think.
(Same thing obama is doing, without the aid of 3D)

Digital 3D is a powerful tool in this agenda.
Some are wondering why films like 3 Musketeers are getting the 3D treatment. Its all about slowly conditioning people to accept 3D.

Oh and btw this new digital 3D tech won’t require any glasses. Once all the theatres are converted with digital projectors the new era of 3D will take over. Disney is partners with one of the companies that is producing these projection systems.

790 says:

When it comes to tv, shows that deal with crime investigations, solving murders, winning cases in court and medical dramas are nothing I’m into,,, I can’t stand them actually.
Paranormal shows, documentaries, HBO dramas, action and sci-fi etc are what attracts me.

790 says:

Jago, I’ve already provided a lot of info here. Be specific and I will attempt to answer any question you have,,,

Iron Knight says:

I’d love to see both films back to baxk in the theatre, but I highly doubt about the first Iron Man because it was just released (originally) last year.

790 says:

Btw Jago, I’ve been ranting about 3D for a few years now.
I try and bring it up when the times right now and then to inform those that want to know.

As you can see that’s pretty frequently as 3D films are slowly taking up a lot of headlines these days. There’s almost one 3D film story every week now. Also btw, even if the subliminal avenue was removed from 3D, I still prefer 2D films… Call me old timer,,,
5 years ago there was nothing really pressing about 3D. Then Disney found out the possibilities and well you can see where I’m going…

Jago says:

@790
yes i’ve noticed your comments on other threads about 3d but it just seemed like you would start on the subject and then let us imagine the big picture and then never really finish… But i see your pov and thats all i wanted so thank you. Now i might seem a lil paranoid myself by saying this but with all these movies coming out in 3d and/or being converted to 3d it seems like it can go eitjer way still. Whether it be to just get people buying everything in 3d because its the new fad or towards national/global hypnosis for whatever it is that “they” might want us to do. Right now i’m still pro 3d till i get all the facts.

790 says:

Thanks Jago, I respect that,,, hey do me a favor and Google this word for word,,,

Let me know what you think. I don’t stand totally behind this article (because I havnt read it all yet) but its a starting point for ya,,, :-)
I think,,, 8-O

Also want to thank Vic for putting up with all my conspiritorial bs. on his very cool “free speech” website!!!
:-) :-)
:-) :-)
:-) :-)
Long live Screenrant!!!

jago says:

@790
That product actually backs up what you say… especially if they do this in movies without us knowing. Mainly this line was what made me assume that…”Subconsciously, your mind will be trained to become an unstoppable machine that is driven to succeed at everything it does”… but still a little hesitant on whether they might use it for other things that are not about advertising consumer products. I will keep an open mind on it though and thanks for backing it up visually (google page).

790 says:

Jago, Disney is run by the scum of the Earth,,, trust me on this,,,
;-)

Daniel F says:

790 I don’t think Vic ‘puts up with’ your conspiracy theories. It’s not like it’s so huge burden on him. Hell they add a certain level of entertainment to the site with out them we would have slightly less enjoyment coming here.

John "Kahless" Taylor says:

Vic puts up with a lot of stuff on here, 790. Heck, he has put up with the Trek Review board posters for months now. :-)

790 says:

Are they still posting on the Trek review?

So Daniel all this is bs to you ?
Disney would never think to use 3D as a way to manipulate people ???

Daniel F says:

For the most part yes it’s all BS. Subliminal advertising has been around for years it’s nothing new, but your bigger picture is BS.

As long as things stay civil and don’t get TOO wacky I’m fine with it. :)

Vic

John "Kahless"Taylor says:

Dude, we Trekkers are relentless, like the Borg. 8-)

790 says:

Well Daniel, that’s fine… Lol,,,

Lastly,,, keep in mind I’m not talking about your fathers Subliminal advertising.

This new Digital HD3D tech uses a totally new carrier system to deliver subliminal manipulation. It works on several levels visual and audio.

The audio aspect is amazing, it works through Binaural Synthesis and actually changes your mood as it alters your brain waves. This isn’t sci-fi and its not Anaglyphic 3D (red/blue glasses)

When you connect the dots between Disney/Katzenberg, Studios pushing the rush to convert all theaters (globally) with HD3D projectors, the government endorsed conversion of digital Tv, and the shift to all films in 3D within 10 years,,, well if you don’t see an agenda your either living in denial or your just ignoring reality.

I wish I was wrong, but the facts speak for themselves. This new 3D subliminal tech is real and Disney is really going to use it.
One day you will see through the bs around you Daniel and you will prob look like this,,, 8-O

Ken J says:

790, you don’t think that there was a 790 back in the 1800’s saying that movies with sound will allow people to be brainwashed? Then when color film was first announced, there was a 790 then saying color film would brainwash people, then when surround sound was first introduced, there was a 790 then saying surround sound will brainwash people, etc. etc.

I think that’s why nobody really conspiracy theorists too seriously. Obviously there is more going on than is public, but conspiracy theorists generally take it a few levels too far, and we’re all used to that.

Now I’m sure there will be more efforts to advertise stuff with every technological advancement, besides Volvo, nobody will put the time and money into research and development unless they expect to make a return on it financially, I mean, that’s why you put in the effort right??

But just like “Y2K” and now 2012, there will always be something bigger, everyone wants to think that their generation is or will be involved in something more important or “bigger” than it really is. Nobody wants to think that even with all of these big powerful people or organizations pulling the strings that maybe some things just happen. They have to find some order or reason for everything and can’t accept that some things don’t have a clear cut answer or reason.

Now I’m not saying that I can prove a negative and say that nothing will happen or nothing is happening, but to me, it’s nothing new. There’s ALWAYS supposedly some great big conspiracy going on. You and I will continue to live a normal life despite it. So I’m not going to be an alarmist about it, either something major will happen out of this, maybe nothing will happen. Or maybe something major will happen but we won’t notice. Who knows, who cares, no reason to get your panties all up in a bunch about it, that’s my philosophy.

Not knocking 790 or anyone who believes this stuff, I’m fine with you guys to “press on” to find the “ultimate truth” or whatever [.org], I still find it a little funny to actually meet someone like that though. Sometimes it seems a leaf can’t fall off a tree without the Illuminati being behind it in some way, lol. Sorry, don’t mean to laugh, but can’t help but let it bring a smile to my face…

Jago says:

@790 & ken j

what ken j just said is somewhat more towards what i’m leaning to… To where things could happen or they don’t but i (ME) like to hear both sides for a just in case situation. On the plus side to the non-glasses 3d is that there’s no glasses… Downside would be either mass hypnosis and/or not wearing cool Elvis Costello-like frames… But thats just my opinion.

Ken J says:

Yah, it’s just my opinion that to keep an open mind, know that anything CAN happen, but don’t be alarmist about it. That’s the safest and sanest way to live I think, lol.

Jago says:

Something tells me if gambit has his own spin-off your going to see cards exploding beside and in front of you. Same goes for most of the other mutants if they get the 3d treatment…

Ken J says:

Didn’t they already do that with Gambit’s scene with Wolverine even without it being in 3D??

MCat says:

Gambit? How about Deadpool in 3D slicing and dicing?

MCat says:

I really don’t know if 3D is a good or bad thing for my movie experience but I’m willing to give it a shot and see how things turn out. I guess I’ll start with Avatar!
