Marvel has tried to bring the Inhumans to the MCU for some time. After introducing the concept on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., plans for a movie franchise were made. Those plans changed, however, resulting in Inhumans becoming a miniseres on ABC that will kick off with a theatrical run in IMAX.

Filming on the series is already underway, with the cast and crew in Hawaii, giving locals a chance to get up close and personal and share what they see with the rest of the internet. Not long ago, series star Anson Mount made an appearance as Black Bolt, and he's back again, this time in civilian clothes and on the run from local authorities.

Hawaii Isla 808 revealed a number of set photos and videos from filming, once again putting the Inhuman king front and center. This time, Black Bolt's leather suit has been swapped out for a traditional human business suit. Why Black Bolt is on the run in civilian clothes and why the cops are hot on his trail are questions that will have to wait until the series finally premieres.

These set photos and videos have offered a few tantalizing details on what the series will entail. So far it seems a good amount of the story will take place on Earth, with the Inhumans getting involved in some plot or another that requires them to take a more subtle approach than a typical fully costumed superhero would. That would explain Black Bolt's stylish but less-alien attire, though it doesn't necessarily explain why the authorities are after him -- so presumably the Inhuman king may have a thing or two to learn about the art of subtlety.

Another point of concern is where the story will unfold. Will it be entirely set on Earth or will the series eventually head out into the Inhumans' home world of Attilan? So far, these set photos aren't providing much in the way of answers as to how much time the series plans to devote to an intergalactic setting, but from the look of it, there will be plenty of time spent interacting with the denizens of Earth and apparently getting acquainted with their police force and its ability to pursue a fleeing suspect.

Inhumans comes to IMAX theaters for two weeks starting Friday, September 1, prior to its television debut on Tuesday, September 26 on ABC.
