It’s good to know that this project is now officially becoming QT’s next film,with the likes of Simon Pegg and Nastassja Kinsi added to the growing cast as a plus,for it would be pretty cool if Tarantino would have Nastassja playing an Ilsa-esque Nazi villain.

Big Ron was in that movie for about 10 or 20 minutes but was one of the best things in it. Yes, Ed Harris was in it, another top actor. He could do this war movie on his head.

Roth I could really picture in this movie. He has that edge about him that, basically, Pegg could never have. I think Pegg is a brilliant comic actor and would rather see him excel at that.

But yeah, Ron Perlman would be perfect for any type of grizzled veteran. If he can play Hellboy, he can play a soldier. Hell, if Pegg and Eli Roth can be in this, he can walk it.

Yeah, that Enemy At The Gates was the “snipers in Stalingrad” one. Ed Harris as well. I totally forgot Ron Perlman was in that.

Steven, you’re right, Pegg actually replacing Roth is a bit surreal when you think about it.

I remember Ron Perlman was great in that War movie “Enemy at the gate” I think that’s what it was called?
It was a Russian war film ? There were some other big names I think Jude Law was the star.

How does Pegg replace Roth? That makes no sense to me. I’m a huge fan of Pegg’s but have trouble seeing him in a movie like this.
Needs bigger names, not just Tarantino’s mates.
That or get some badasses in. Ron Perlman anyone?

The Old Man, I think Stallone and Willis were both parody fodder in “The Last Action Hero” other than that I can’t think of them in anything together ?

I only watched Jakie Brown one time and that was enough for me,,, I think I remember him in the background ? Who knows.

Big Dentist it just kinda made sense when I read the article, notice the other actors he’s mentioned with. They would all make good nazi scum.

790, is he a nazi in this or was that just wishful thinking?! If he is I’m in a tent outside the box office. Bless him, he must think he’s died and gone to fanboy heaven in recent years. He’s been a villain in Doctor Who, shot the voice of Darth Maul in the head (and in the family jewels if you count Spaced), been in a 2000AD comic strip, had an action figure made of him, beaten up an ex-Bond, appeared with Gillian Anderson, played Scotty, and now this. What’s left for the man? A shower scene with Sarah Michelle Gellar? Paper Rock Scissors with De Niro? A role in the next Batman movie?
