I Love Sam Jackson, But… Snakes On A Plane?

Mar 17, 2006 by

Samuel L. Jackson in Snakes on a PlaneI just saw the teaser trailer for Snakes on a Plane starring the venerable Samuel L. Jackson. Now Jackson is one of the coolest dudes on the planet, but I don’t know if even he can rescue this thing. You can shoot on over to tagworld.com to see the Flash teaser trailer (you need to scroll down immediately to see the teaser as it starts loading right away.

I’d be curious to hear what you think. To me it looks completely and utterly retarded. BTW, don’t forget to look for the incredibly obvious CGI snake coming out of the fat woman’s dress.

Maybe we can brainstorm some other ideas for movies. How about:

Dinosaurs on a Boat? (Oh, been done… Jurassic Park III)

Spiders in a House? (Oh, right… Arachnaphobia)

Cockroaches in an RV? (NEW!!! You heard it here first, folks.)

I’m fairly certain that’s how they come up with movie ideas…

  1. Oh, you have GOT to be kidding! That movie looks terrible… did SLJ need a paycheck or what?

  2. This movie appears to be growing in popularity, even though it’s not even released. It’s also going to be rated R, apparently.

  3. Yeah, it’s one of those wierd phenoms… plus they’re doing the highly unusual thing of ADDING scenes in order to take it from PG-13 to R.

    Probably just as well.
