I laughed at everything that came out of his mouth. Best two parts "Logan It's me Deadpool ... I shot you" "Still have that unbreakable skull ?.... Damn" I did think the Thor part was better animated though I'm not a huge fan of the anime style and the Wolverine parts animation was a bit of a turn off way to anime. Deadpool was awesome in that. I laughed at everything that came out of his mouth. Best two parts

My opinion was that the animation was better, story more enjoyable, the action way more exciting (look, blood!) and it had Deadpool. Hulk Vs. Wolverine kinda' wins solely on that beautiful fact. Deadpool: 'Strike a pose!' I agree with Daniel, Hulk vs. Wolverine was much better than the tedious Hulk vs. Thor. I enjoyed both, but I thought vs Wolverine was better. I thought the animation in Vs Thor was better, but the Wolverine one had a better story in my opinion.
