No movie is like the book!!!
It’s a fact of life.
I thought X-Men Origins: Wolverine was good and entertaining. It was missing a few things but I still thought it was awesome. I wish it could have been Rated R so more blood and violence could be in it haha
Hugh Jackman is amazing and i would love it if he made more X-men/Wolverine movies!!! hahah just to see that beautiful body haha
No really i think Wolverine is the best superhero person….or anti-hero guy? I don’t know what he is. A tragice hero….yes?

Love xmen, love wolverine, ABSOLUTELY LOVE the japan story, love hugh jackman, bring on as many wolverines as he is willing to do. Sure the first one wasnt great, but next to the other blockbusters of the year (Read: Transformers2) it was oscar winning material.

Iagree with the no blood issue. When they flashed back to Wolvie busting out of the tank(X-men 3?) He had blood all over him. Not even a drop of blood in wolvie origins. Come on!!!

IREALLY hope its the Japan story .
It sounds like it probably will be, but Hughs latest comments are indicating the story is still in the development stages ,
and he is not going to make a firm committment until he gets a look at the final story.

I love the whole Japan story-line with Wolverine and I believe it lends itself best for converting in to a movie so I am hopeful.

The solo movie with Wolvie was ok. I guess I had the same problem with it as everybody else… The plot, Gambit’s non-accent, the rating, etc. I never found anything to complain about with the actors though. Especially not Wolverine and Sabretooth.

As an end note… considering the problem they’ve had with Storm’s hair in all X-men movies… they could try the mohawk. That was always my favourite.

You know what I find totally unfair? It is that they not only did not stick closely to the source material, but they also did not stick closely to the rating. Wolverine is possibly one of marvel’s most bloodiest and violent character, so why not show a bit of blood spur out from the wounds he inflicts, the animation showed it. It just adds impact to wolverine’s bad-ass and dark persona.

When I watched wolverine, I felt like I was watching a kid’s movie-kind of sucked. Now I am not a fan of bloodly violence, but wolverine, being badass with out bloody violence is not wolverine at all-but hugh does a fantastic job.

Now the wolverine in japan is seriously bloody-and japan certainly loves its blody violence.

I guess I just like wolverine comics too much.
