  • Thanks for the outstanding note! One of my favorite things included with doing fun articles like these are finding out even more trivia and tidbits about the people that make these films. The Commentary Tracks available on the most recent GHOST DVD are required listening for those of you that have any interest in Zucker and finding out more about the work habits of Swayze is truly amazing.

Thanks again for your commentary and keep 'em comin'!

"While terribly rudimentary, the figures from “the other place” (ie. HELL) that come and get not only Willy, but Carl at the end are some of the most vivid memories I have when I watch this film. The sounds they make are incredibly well done and help us all understand that if given the choice, the whole “into the light” thing is certainly preferable".

Those Other Place figures were the work of one Mike Jittlov, aka The Wizard of Speed and Time, from his movie of the same name; scope it out on videotape, as no DVD exists in Region One format.

I love the Goonies. I got to watch it earlier. It always puts a smile on my face. Good times, good times.
