Heather Rae Young from Selling Sunset is expanding her role in The Oppenheim Group. While she'll still be at home in the brokerage's Los Angeles location, she'll also be helping to launch a new office in Newport Beach, California.

The first season of the popular real estate Netflix series began in 2019, where fans were introduced to the ladies and gentlemen of the office. The show revolves around five agents: Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Mary Fitzgerald, Maya Vander, Davina Potratz, Amanza Smith, and, of course, Heather. Jason and Brett Oppenheim also make frequent appearances throughout the seasons. However, the drama usually follows the ladies. Season four is going to look much different with all the changes going on at the office.

According to Fox News, Heather is reportedly set to open up her own Oppenheim Group office in Newport. Heather was specifically asked by Jason Oppenheim, the president and founder of the brokerage, to launch the new office as the company expands into a new market. “Heather is going to be working out of that office and my best friend is going to be managing the office,” Jason revealed to the publication, adding, “The office that we're looking at is insane. I mean, it's insane. So hopefully I'll be signing the lease soon.” This is no shock to the people at the Oppenheim Group, as this was an expansion that was a long time coming for the famous real estate company. Now that the office is expanding into Newport Beach, Jason plans on spending much more time with Heather and her HGTV star fiancé, Tarek El Moussa.

Since Heather began dating Tarek, he has become very close with Jason and the other agents at The Oppenheim Group. Jason added that he would love to see Tarek appear on the show someday. "I would hope and expect that [Tarek] would appear on at least one [episode]. Tarek has become a friend to us and a part of the family," he said. Tarek has not been able to appear on Selling Sunset in the past season due to contractual conflicts. In an interview back in August with Fox News, Tarek revealed he would love to film with Heather, and that it will probably be happening sooner than later. "I would be thrilled to go film with Heather on television. I think that would be such a fun experience for us...So if this does work out, we're really excited for it," he revealed.

With the new office opening up in Newport Beach, hopefully fans will get to see more of Tarek and Heather's relationship – maybe even the planning of their wedding! But even with this new venture, fans of Heather shouldn't be worried about her place in The Oppenheim Group. The brokerage has maintained that "she will be based out of the LA office as always and will be popping into the Orange County office." However, while she may spend more time in Newport Beach, she "won't be going anywhere."
