Happy New Year!

Dec 31, 2006 by

Well, final post of 2006. I think I’ll be different and not summarize the year or create any “best of” or “top 10″ lists for the outgoing year. :-)

If you’re a regular visitor, I thank you for reading my stuff (and some of Brian’s) and I hope you enjoy it and find it entertaining. If you don’t visit often or this is your first vist, welcome, have a look around, and I hope you decide to come back.

Looking forward to 2007, I’m going to make a commitment to posting much more often than I did in ’06. The problem for me has always been that I don’t just want to regurgitate the same news that you can find on 100 other movie blogs/websites. If I write something I like to make sure I find the topic noteworthy enough that I’m willing to take the time to put my particular point of view on it.

I’ll probably play around with the design of the site, as it’s been pretty much the same for a long time and I may want to change it up just a bit. One of the things I’ve added already is the ability for readers to subscribe either to the entire blog to be notified whenever there is a new post, or to particular posts if you want to follow the comments for that particular item.

Anyway, here’s hoping that the new year is a good one for all of us and that we all endeavor to do our best at whatever it is we do.

Happy New Year to you!

  1. You have a great one too Vic, and I’ll look forward to seeing more of your stuff in 07…

…Damn them for not trying to get a Bond film released next year!

  2. Richard,

Thanks bud, I really appreciate it. Although I know I’ll never be nearly as prolific as you! :-)

    Best,

    Vic

  3. Ha! Nice try, Vic, but it looks like yours truly got the last post of ’06. Boo-wah!

On a more serious note, I want to extend my best wishes to everyone for a safe, happy and prosperous ’07.

    Brian

  4. Heh, thanks for sneaking in that review and the same to you!

  5. More screen ranting for 2007 Vic! ;D
