Matt Keith says:

Yes, I’m definitely looking forward to “The Hobbit”

The Big Dentist says:

Perfect director for Slaughterhouse-Five: I think he’d capture the ideal combination of fantasy and reality. Love the book, but mind you, I haven’t seen the original movie, so I don’t know if it really needs to be remade.

Thought he was trying a bit too hard with Hellboy II. The first was actually quite dark with slapstick elements – the sequel was the exact opposite and didn’t really work for me.

all those movies and he is able to find the time to write a trilogy of novels?
Good for him.

Drood is NOT a vampire novel. It’s a novel by Dan Simmons concerning the last five years of Charles Dickens’ life from the viewpoint of fellow writer and envious, opium-delusional collaborator Wilkie Collins.

I hope he does a HellBoy 3, and I hope it’s shortly after the second Hobbit movie. The first was pretty good, but the second was a major improvement.

Phil says:

“‘No thank you, can I have my outline back?’” LOL. :D

I can’t think of a better director to do The Hobbit, besides Peter Jackson. I think Del Toro will do a good job there.

Aristigon says:

I wouldn’t call Drood a vampire book.

Todd says:

How can you say Hellboy 2 was not as good as hellboy 1? Hell boy 2 kicked so much butt. How dare thee for offending the great golden army. Argh!
