Good point made, the making of this was a howl. I spent 4 weeks on the set as a background actor and the off screen humor was a riot, Good chemistry on the set. The director (Dennis Dugan) really set a good tone and I can honestly say that this was the best set I was ever on. Really fun times under some tough weather conditions and long shooting hours. The trailer is only a taste of the humor in this flick. This is a true comedy.

i think its gonna be awesome i was an extra in the movie i had blast on set and im actually in the trailer hahahaha so i cant wait to see it

i thought the trailer looked pretty funny. some great guys in it so im gonna be disappointed if its not funny. i agree with andy S, some ppl have a bad sense of humor(its true guys xD). i dont think it will be as funny as the hangover, but im hoping. cause that movie went over all expectations!im not that a fan of kevin tho. but we’ll see how it turns out.

Personally, I love Happy Gilmore, but then that movie came out in 1996.

13 years later and we’re seeing the same tired old jokes and lowest common denominator humour (well… okay not LOWEST common denominator, we can thank the likes of the “*adjective* MOVIE” franchise for that).

But that does not mean we have NO sense of humour, it’s just different from yours is all.

Wow, some people have no sense of humor. I thought the trailer looked pretty decent. Alot of generic bits, but Kevin James on a rope swing is hysterical. Man, some of you people probably didn’t even like Happy Gilmore.

Side note

Wow, someone other than me remembers Tough Crowd? That was my favorite show and I was pissed when they canceled and replaced it with Daily Show/Cobert Report.

Then reports came out that Comedy Central canceled it because “liberal” shows get more ratings. Tough Crowd was funny, informative and balanced.

Collin Quinn was a Republican but he always brought on lefties and would get ganged up on and some really funny and intelligent conversations followed. Then Daily Show came on and just blasted the right for 30 minutes straight with an occasional jokes about Democrats.

Btw, I hate politics and don’t label myself as Republican/Democrat but Tough Crowd made politics and other issues interesting. Daily Show killed it for me.

Looks as generic as it gets. The last scene of the trailer just shows 5 of them laughing? wtf?
