“The Green Hornet” Vs “Tron 2.” “Tron” looks like the easy choice, but not so fast. Are we under estimating Rogen? I know, the old man has gone off the deep end. He’s losing it, second guessing himself. Think about this though for a minute.

First of all, there is still some positive feeling about “Pineapple Express.” It won a couple of awards and was nominated for half dozen others. Rogen was nominated for best fight at the 2009 MTV movie awards, as well. Hmm.. “Green Hornet,” that should have plenty of fights in it. Top it off with Rogen’s sudden weight loss his interviews on the talk show circuit and at comic con, does anyone sense underdog? Perhaps even a sleeper film? Granted it has had a rocky start, but one can’t help but sense the pressure to perform and succeed. The Chow man is gone and with it, any idea of a spoof or outright comedy, I hope.

The public face of Mr. Rogen screams understated to me and that can fool you. This is the kind of dog that even the “Dog Whisperer” keeps both eyes on! Don’t be surprised if we see another adjustment on the release date either. Maybe even a special midnight showing in selected theaters.

My gut still says “Tron” even if a little part of my mind says, lets see what the first trailers look like.
