WTF!?!? I’m sorry. I have nothing at all against Seth Rogen and he was fine in his “comedy” films. But there is NO WAY this is going to be a good movie with him as the lead or even playing an extra in the background! I honestly thought this was one big prank/rumor that couldn’t POSSIBLY be true.

I was very excited to hear that this movie was made as I’ve enjoyed this character for over 30 years now and especially the television show that starred Bruce Lee. Now, i’m dissapointed beyond belief that the Director could be so blind as to think that this will work. Why don’t they make a movie called “Super Knocked up Zack and Miri make a porno” and put him in it. Leave the comic book action movies to the big boys.

I’m not a Rogan hater like most,but who the hell greenlit this project?

Unless Seth Rogan can pull a Micheal Keaton(when everyone thought that he wouldn’t make a good Batman,then ended up not being that bad at all),this film is doomed to fail.

Cloverfield,
I could not have said it better myself.
This film deserved a Coppola and Steranko. Not a witless hack like Rogen (think I’m hard on Rogen? His body of work speaks for itself).What a slap to the fans. And I’m almost ashamed that Van Williams is alive to see this.

I’m going to have to wait for Vic’s review before even thinking about seeing this. Unlike Tim, I’ve never seen the Hornet show but like Tim, I think Rogen is a hack and I fear he will be the downfall of the movie.

Very simple….it begins and ends with Rogen. As a long time Hornet fan ( 30 plus years) the tasteless and elementary Rogen has no business being anywhere near this. Many Hornet fans have been waiting for the day the Green Hornet would be brought back to life on the big screen. Well……we will still be waiting and I will never see the treatment it deserves it in my lifetime. Such a sad, sad state of affairs. RIP Green Hornet. “Observe and Report 2: The Green Hornet” Please Mr. Wilkinson….re-consider your film choices.
