The long wait is over as (at the time of writing this) Game of Thrones is about to premiere its second season on HBO. We've already provided fans with just about every trailer, featurette, recap, character guide and faq sheet we possibly could, so all that's really left are the fun bits.

Last but not least before season 2 of GoT kicks off, we have a fun and sexy behind the scenes video about a photo shoot that cast members Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister), Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen), Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy) and Kit Harington (Jon Snow) did for Rolling Stone. You have to watch it, if only to hear them joke about what it's like to film scenes of death, despair, incest and rape all day long. Aside from that, we also have a handful of clips from the season 2 premiere, for those who can't wait any longer to return to world of Westeros.

First, check out the select cast members out on their Rolling Stone photo shoot:

While the boys are a bit stiff and serious, it's pretty hilarious watching Clarke and Headey try to stack themselves on top of one another without A) bursting out laughing, or B) looking creepy. Of course, by far the most entertaining thing in that clip is hearing the girls reflect upon the aftermath of season 1. Clarke is correct: it's really hard to tell who she is in real life without all the white hair - and poor Headey seems to be paying the iron price (see what we did there?) for accurately portraying the gorgeous yet ugly Cersei Lannister.

In the end, though, Clarke's off-the-cuff comment about not getting raped as much pretty much steals the show.

CLIPS

For those who simply cannot wait out the next few days before season 2 kicks off, here is the promised handful of clips from the premiere episode, entitled "The North Remembers":
