Frozen stars have previewed three new songs from the upcoming Frozen short film Olaf’s Frozen Adventure. Frozen has been a behemoth of a franchise for Disney since the first film's debut in 2013, earning $400.7 million domestically and $875.7 internationally for a blistering global cume of $1.276 million - and so much more in merchandise.

Thanks to the monumental success of the song "Let it Go," which earned the film a Best Original Song Oscar, Frozen made Menzel a household name and fans are clamoring for more music and movie action between rival sisters-turned-allies Anna (Bell) and Elsa (Menzel). But since animated films take several years to produce, Disney had to find a way to keep the Frozen juggernaut rolling while co-directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee toil away at the sequel Frozen 2, due for Nov. 27, 2019, release.

The first solution came with the Frozen Fever, an 8-minute short film that played ahead of the live-action version of Cinderella and featured the new song "Making Today a Perfect Day"; and the follow-up 22-minute short (which is being billed as a "featurette"), Olaf's Frozen Adventure, will play ahead of the Disney/Pixar animated film Coco when it opens Nov. 22.

Naturally, music will be a vital element in Olaf's Frozen Adventure, a Christmas-themed short that will feature four songs in all. Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell and Josh Gad have shared snippets of three of these; "When We're Together", "Ring in the Season" and "That Time of Year" respectively. You can check them all out below.

"When We're Together" is a sweeping ballad duet between Menzel and Bell, "Ring in the Season" the opening number and "That Time of Year" Olaf's solo. These glimpses also offer new promo images from the film. Coupled with the music, they're sure to give goosebumps to all fans awaiting this new Frozen adventure.

The interesting thing about the four songs for Olaf's Frozen Adventure is that they're all written by Elyssa Samsel and Kate Anderson – not Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, who penned the Oscar-winning "Let it Go," in addition to all the other tunes in Frozen and the song for Frozen Fever.

Fans shouldn't fret, though. The songwriting couple has been busy at work penning songs for the Broadway adaptation of Frozen, and will surely be back in the loop with more tunes for Frozen 2. Until then, judging by the grandiose feel of "When We're Together," the songs from Olaf's Frozen Adventure are proving that Samsel and Anderson are more than up to the task.
