Really? That’s your comparison? If some doctor had admitted to getting an organ off the black market and using it to “save someones life” I think most people would feel anger towards him. Friedman’s just a bit stupid is all.

Just because you do something illegal stop assuming everyone else does to make yourself feel better about yourself. No not everyone has tried marijuana just because you haven. Simple psychology. Do something wrong very few people do, you feel guilty. Convince yourself everyone else does it too, then it’s ok. But you’re only lying to yourself.

1. Have I ever seen a bootleg movie before?

PULEEEEASE. Who HASN’T.

2. Do I want to see “Wolverine: Origins”

YEP.

3. Do I want to see it bad enough to watch a bootleg (unfinished) copy of it?

NOPE. I’ll pay my 6 bux (yep, that’s right, the matinee price at the theater I go to is a measly 6 bux, which is GOLDEN by today’s standards) when it comes out at the theater. “Kudos” to those of you that are willing to watch a movie like that without the final special effects, music, etc. Some movies are MADE to be seen on the big screen. “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” is one, “Iron Man 2″ is another, and so is “Wolverine: Origins”. Thanks, but no thanks, I’ll WAIT…

Not sure if it matters if the review was positive or not. The leaked copy was unfinished and likely, dramatically different from what we’ll see in theaters. Whether it’s good or not is neither here nor there as it doesn’t really apply to the final film.

Unfortunately some people did. Frankly, Fox have done some stupid things in the past (and continue to do them, like not supplying cinema chains with 3D glasses to go along with their 3D films), but I wouldn’t expect them to do anything as stupid as release a work print of an upcoming big budget big box office film as a publicity stunt.
