The Fortnite Season 7 Battle Pass is full of original and crossover character skins related to the theme of alien invasions, and one of the earliest skins players can unlock is the alien Trespasser Kymera. Similar to Gear Specialist Maya from Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2, players can purchase additional items for the Kymera skin to change and customize their appearance. To unlock and use customization features for Kymera, players will need to find new collectibles around the Fortnite Season 7 map, Alien Artifacts. Each new feature for the Kymera skin can cost anywhere from two to 17 Alien Artifacts to purchase, and players can purchase multiple items from the same category to change later. Players will find new Alien Artifacts each week to collect and save or spend as they prefer.
So far, there are 10 Alien Artifact canisters for players to collect, with five available starting in Week 1 and five new for Week 2. While Alien Artifacts could be collected in the Battle Lab Mode during Week 1, players must find the Week 2 Artifacts in one of the other Battle Royale game modes. Every Week One and Week Two Alien Artifact Location in Fortnite Season 7
Alien Artifacts in Fortnite Season 7 appear as floating canisters containing a glowing, pinkish space rock. The map above by Fortnite.gg is updated weekly and shows players the approximate locations of all 10. A more detailed description of each Artifact's location appears below:
Week 1 Alien Artifact Locations
- Canister 1: On the stairs of the stone spire northeast of Believer Beach.
- Canister 2: In the center of the lake at The Aftermath.
- Canister 3: Near one of the farmhouses at The Orchard.
- Canister 4: On a platform on the west side of Catty Corner.
- Canister 5: In a shed outside Durrr Burger on the southwest corner of Weeping Woods.
Week 2 Alien Artifact Locations
- Canister 1: On the Discovery Dish, west of Believer Beach and southwest of Coral Castle.
- Canister 2: Outside a cabin northeast of Pleasant Park.
- Canister 3: Under the bridge, past the construction on the south side of Corny Complex.
- Canister 4: On a patio on the western island in Lazy Lake.
- Canister 5: At Brutus' Basin, northeast of Retail Row.
Every Alien Artifact canister in the first two weeks of Fortnite Season 7 contains four Alien Artifacts, so players can collect a total of 40 Alien Artifacts so far. They can spend Alien Artifacts in the Kymera customization menu to shapeshift into a unique alien with new features and armor. Players should note that they will need to purchase all the customization features in any customization category in order if they want access to the most expensive options. They will need to collect as many Alien Artifacts as possible to collect all the different pieces for this unique Battle Pass reward skin.
