Mark-Paul Gosselaar can make an awesome character playing “The Fastest Man Alive” on the big screen. He stars in RAISING THE BAR and SAVED BY THE BELL. He never starred in a superhero movie before. I think it will be a great idea for Mark to make a quality choice from Greg Berlanti to see him if he can play “The Man who can run faster than a speeding car”. “The Man who can run faster than a speeding car” is Police Officer Barry Allen of Central City, Missouri. When I watch the FLASH series back in the 90's on SCI-FI John Wesley Shipp did played the original FLASH (The Silver Age) Barry Allen. Iam glad they didn't use Wally West (Because, DC decided to have the Silver-Age) Character The Flash/Barry Allen in that series for John Wesley Ship to Police Scientist Barry Allen.

I think for Barry Allen there are allot of people that would make a great Flash but the short list for me would be Jake Gyllenhaal and I have to say John Hamm. They both could easily pull of the role….well

For if it’s Wally West I think Ryan Phillippe would be the best choose and could pull it off well but if you want someone more popular bring in Chris Pine he would do well with this role.
For the comment of Jon Foster he would make a good Flash but he would make a better Captain America.
As well I would like to see Micheal C Hall play a super hero/villan: I think he would be best to play though either Aquaman or Brainiac in a movie.

Personally, I can’t help but picture Chris Owens as Wally West. He does have a bit of a range than can cover the comic to the dramatic.

Barry Allen — I’m just drawing a blank on.

And Neil Patrick Harris? No, I can’t see him as Wally West. The Trickster, sure, but not Wally West.

That’s an easy one…Jake Jyllenhall. He’s got the stature and the workout he put into preparing for “Prince of Persia…” makes hime ideal for the role. Jake gets my vote.

What about Chris Pine???? Hes perfect…….his chin is even aerodynamic! All jokes aside though I think he would be a phenom and him and Reynolds worked together in smoking aces not much interaction between the characters but they have worked together. I think he could play either or.

Kofi, I love you posts, man, but this is the WORST casting list you’ve ever done, buddy, lol. :/ And it’s not entirely your fault. If you’re not terribly familiar with the character(s) that could have a lot do do with it.

But Fillon, and especially Duhamel…those guys would’ve made GRAET GL Hal Jordans. I would’ve loved Duhamel as GL. They would be terrible as Flash though.

The Flash as a film should NOT be the half baked joke WB wanted it to be at one time. It needs to be CSI meets Iron Man meets Star Trek, a super cool flick about speed and the nature of speed, it’s related forms, time/dimension travel, forensic scientists, and good old school superheroing.

I think Filion would be a better Wally West and Neil Patrick Harris would be a better Barry Allen. So I’d switch those two, but other than that I like your lists.

Prior to being cast as Hal Jordan/Green Lantern, Ryan Reynolds was my first choice to play Wally West/Flash. But you’re right Deadpool AND Green Lantern. That’s enough.

I have to say that Fillion is a great actor and all but let’s be serious here he looks nothing like Barry Allen. Barry Allen needs to be played by either Jensen Ackles or Josh Duhamel! As for Wally West I would love to see Thomas Dekker as a young Wally.

i mean cmon! NPH? seriously? sure if he gained some muscles at all he might be a choice.. he could be flash in a comedy parody.. but he has to have some manhood in him.. not be weak as a turd. so i vote for supernaturals Jensen Ackles. hes got the style of the flash:D

fillion is too old, shud get a younger flash. and duhamel..well he’ll work:p so what do we have here? thats right, Jensen or Duhamel! alrighty then.
