I am gonna have to agree with a few others… Bradley Cooper would be a much better fit to play Barry Allen. What I like about the Flash is his sense of humor, well that and he’s a Bad-a$$ superhero… Cooper can handle this role with ease! Plus, can you imagine Reynolds and Cooper in a Green Lantern / Flash team-up movie?! I mean come on!

sorry dude thought green lantern was a good movie and all with the effects there was only one thing what made it bad ryan reynolds acting as the green lantern so if he played the flash he will be destroying to many parts of dc supers

ok where to start since i was a kid i loved the flash comics as much as batman superman green lantern spiderman the x men and more but i do want a flash movie apparently its said to come out 2013 along with a justice league movie looks like dc comics are starting to get into movies more because they only had superman and batman sequels besides that they had no other superhero films now with green lantern recently released at movies what i think they should do with the flash sorry to sound crazy i dont think they should make his costume red with the lightning things stciking out

though he fits the part well, it might be best to give somebody else this role. ryans playing far to many super characters. All I can think of is Chris Pine as Barry Allen.

I don’t know really why, and some fans might disagree with me a lot, but for some reason I see Jake Gyllenhaal being a flash. Say what you will but thats who I see.

A young James Garner would have made the perfect Jay Garrick. Even the initials are the same. Perhaps we should look into cloning technologies to create the perfect cast. Maybe Steve McQueen could have played Barry Allen, Robert Redford could have played Johnny Quick, Scott Glenn for Max Mercury, and I’m still not sure who would be right for Wally West.

Matt Damon might be good but if u put him next to Ryan reynolds he’s a little old and fat now. But for Wally West how about james Mardsen. I think he’s great and he has experience with super hero movies as Cyclops in x men.

I say they should do Matt Damon as the Barry Allen Flash. He’s pretty much perfect!!! And for Wally West I think NPH is pretty good. If he can bulk up, grow more hair an dye it red he would be good(I think). Also for Wally West how about Alex Pettyfer, he’s awesome(he should also dye his hair red and talk in an American accent of course). Anyways The Flash is my favorite hero and I really can’t wait till it comes out.

If it was Bart it would have to be Kyle Gallner. He played him relly well on Smallville. It wouldnt happen because his success with Nightmare on Elm Street though

I agree with erratyc, Jeffrey Donovan would be a great choice for Barry, also maybe Bradley Cooper, his part in The A-Team was hilarious
