Having seen the trailer again during Pelham 123, I think the director is trying to make us think Dicaprio’s character is #67. Like Wanderer and weetiger said, there’s more going on here than meets the eye. Why does that sound like a Transformers commercial? I’m looking forward to this one.

I have to agree with Wanderer. I don’t think anyone who hasn’t read the novel has actually “guessed” what’s going on here. That is IF the screenplay, which I haven’t read, stayed true to the source material. If it doesn’t, I still anticipate a great ride, considering the combined talents of all involved.

I’ve been waiting for this one since it was announced (which seems soooo long ago!)

Having read Lehane’s novel I can assure one and all that the storyline deals with far more complex issues than who does or doesn’t turn out to be patient 67.

A must see for sure !

Looks good…I look forward to this and DiCaprio and Scorsese work well together..It will do as well as Gangs of New York at the box office IMO.

Haven’t read the book but I’ve guessed the ending. Still the film looks promising albeit with side trimmings of generic-ness.

Movie looks great. Kinda reminds me of “Session 9″. That was a really creepy and great movie.

Looks good to me. People still associate DiCaprio with Titanic but I’ve liked him in most (if not all) of his films since.
