The Day After Tomorrow was weak, but Stargate was pretty good.

You’re correct, but “Stargate” was done even before “Independence Day.” Those two were good, but then came the incredibly awful and disappointing “Godzilla” and the dorky “Day After Tomorrow.”

I never even saw Godzilla, was it that bad? It didnt look great, but I am not much of a “zilla” fan. To be honest even ID4 had some hokey moments, but this 10,000 BC preview looks really good.

Their Godzilla flick was anticipated with a lot of excitement after the success of their ID4, but it stank to the high heavens. They totally missed the concept of Godzilla being this take no prisoners, afraid of nothing creature and instead had it spend the entire movie running away!

Just saw the trailer and one thing bothers me: The buildings looked like they should exist 5,000 years later. I may see it but I may wait until I get a free ticket from my Regal Crown Club, just like I did for Hitman.
