Ryan Hurst has a good look for the roll…he’d have to do some work in the Gym…but he’s already a big boy and a good actor(Saving private Ryan,Remember the Titans,and now on “Sons of Anarchy”)He’s got that all American look.

Mark Valley was born to play Captain America.He looks just like Steve Rodgers.He is a West Point graduate,a former Army Officer,and is a Gulf War veteran.He has the maturity and command presence to play Cap.The Cap movie is only going to be as good as the casting of it’s title character.The powers that be need to play this one smart.He is not going to cost you millions.(At least not at first:-)He is enough of a “blank slate” for the public to see him first and foremost as Cap,and when it comes time to do publicity for the movie.People will be genuinely surprized Cap is played by a real-life hero with “aw shucks” charm and real patriotism.Aaron Eckert?Jon Hamm?Jensen Ackles?Interesting that all these “manly man” types never took the time to wear their country’s uniform,not even for one day.More John Wayne(fake war hero) than James Stewart(Real Deal).

“I’ve thought about it personally and to be honest, I’m fairly convinced that Triple H actually WOULD be the best choice for casting as Thor. People knock him as if he can’t act, but stop and think for a minute about how much acting is actually involved in pro wrestling, and an actor can only be considered as good as the roles they are cast for. No one ever thought Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would be great in a Disney kids film, but he was really great. That aside, Triple H does look practically as close as physically possible as you could for Thor. However, lately Marvel seems to be bent on getting big name ACTORS to be leads. Triple H may look like Thor and be a big name, but acting has been an integral part in the success of the Marvel line of movies.”

I couldn’t agree more mr.Joshua, triple h would be perfect since pro wrestling is 90% acting. while i think that Sam Washington from Treminator Salvation would be a quality Cap. since his new specialtiy is si-fi /fantacy movies. also i believe that Cap., Iron Man, hawkeye, and Black Panther with mabey wasp and black widow in it against enemies from each hero’s universe

I agree that I think Tom Jane would look alright for Cpt. America, but disagree that he made a good Punisher… Ray Stevenson was a much better looking Punisher although the movie itself was pretty crappy…

I think Thomas Jane would be a great actor to play Captain America. He has the rugged good looks, the athletic build, strong character. I think he was really good as the Punisher, so being a super-hero should be a natural fit for him. In any case, I’ve been looking forward to this movie for a long time. I was practically jumping out of my seat when Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) was telling the general at the end of The Incredible Hulk that “He was putting a team together”. I knew from that comment what was coming.

I would go with some else. What about Daniel Cudmore as Captian American. He has the looks and he did play Colossus in X2 and X3 and he is in the Next Twilight Movie New Moon as Felix. I say get Daniel to play Cap. He would look good in the red white and Blue suit.

Josh Duhamel should play the captain, he sorta looks like him and hes a good actor. If noone knows who he is he played captain lennox in transformers.

I don’t know.I think Mike O Hearn looks like Cap so I think He should at least have an audition to see if he can pull off playing Cap. If he can then he should be cast as Cap for sure.
