As with some of the other comments, mp3 format would be ideal and Audacity is a great free way of editing. I'm impressed by the clear sound you've achieved, good job. I use Odeo for our podcasts, helps keep track of plays. The only problem is that you can't upload the file directly to your channel though if you don't mind hosting it yourself, that problem is solved. We've had to struggle through the do-it-yourself loop which was a bit more difficult since we headed right in with 3 hosts and I think we've finally smoothed out the process.
