It DOES look very “X-Filesy” to me and I think fans will get all X-cited when they hear the theme music in the trailer. It looks like it’ll be good for those folks and I thought it wasn’t too bad (except for that cliched music towards the very end.)

Looks interesting. Loved the series so i hope this is well done.
It looks like the X-Files, but I can’t tell what the plot is, so I must say that I’m feeling a tiny bit let down.
Saying that, an X-Files movie is an X-Files movie and that’s not to be sniffed at!

Ive read that, the discovery of a gruesome body in Virginia leads to our favorite FBI duo teaming up to solve the case.

Niall, I think that the trailer isn’t supposed to reveal plot details, but to just show that The X-Files is back to give people the feeling that it is gonna be the good ‘ol X-files. I’m pretty excited for this movie, but then again I liked the first one too!!

I don’t know what’s going on, I was bit dissapointed.
Today in the Onion the AV Club interviewed Chris Carter.

The trailer was a little disappointing, but I have hope that more will be made. The movie needs to be promoted more too.
This film is highly anticipated. And ranks high in a few polls I’ve seen for most anticpated films of the summer.
