The casting was indeed way off... Mr. Fantastic came across as too much of a geek (in the comics he's super-intelligent but not self-conscious) and the team members should have been at least 6-7 years older than Johnny Storm. The only one they got right was Ben Grimm. Vic Yeah, I *really* had to give the movie wide latitude as a total “popcorn flick” to get any enjoyment out of it at all. Why? Because it looked absolutely terrible, and had literally the worst casting decisions I've ever seen for a superhero movie. I mean, Chris Evans? Jessica Alba? Are you kidding me??
