Although he was dressed up with pirate garb, so I'll give him credit for that. I can't think of a more confusing movie for a 6 year old than an inter-galactic space traveller preparing planets to be destroyed by his boss, until he crosses one of those planets protected by 4 genetically altered friends who try to protect said planet at any cost. Personally I think a PG rating will bring in MORE of those 6 to 10 year-olds, and their questions during the movie. LOL Parents, please bring muffles for the kiddies. I'm thinking of the "Kids movies" that my kids watch that are rated PG. I think the only issue I would have is the violence.
